| SUCCESS! |
And we're off!!! The Y @ Work's WorkIt! Challenge has officially begun, and Vera French took the opportunity to swim, bike and jog the way into a lead. The "Tri the Y" Triathlon was a fairly easy program on Sunday, May 6 designed to give co-workers and their families the opportunity to engage in some fun, spirit, mind and body wellness. "The tri was a lot of fun and also relaxing! We all signed up at the same time and that provided a great opportunity to cheer each other on! I got the information out about three weeks in advance and continued to put information in our weekly e-letter and posted around the building. Vera French has a lot of different departments and it was wonderful to see people, and myself, interacting with others who we have never met before or maybe met but do not work with on a regular basis. It’s always great to see your co-workers getting excited about exercise and getting together outside of work to have fun!" -Ashley Hanna, Vera French's Company Coach
